If you’re living with burnout, chronic fatigue, or long-term stress symptoms, chances are you’ve already tried resting more, pacing, or working on your mindset. And yet your body still feels stuck in survival mode.
1:1 coaching offers a slow, supportive way to work with your nervous system so your body can begin to feel safe enough to recover — not by pushing, fixing or avoiding stress, but by building capacity to meet life as it is.

You feel burnt out, depleted or constantly running on empty
You live with chronic fatigue, low energy, tension, brain fog or disrupted sleep
You’re high-functioning and capable, but your body feels overwhelmed or shut down
You want relief from symptoms without numbing yourself or bypassing emotions
You’re ready to feel more connected, present and alive in your body
You don’t need to be “calm all the time” to do this work. You just need willingness and support.
This is body-led, nervous-system-focused work.
Rather than trying to eliminate stress, sadness or discomfort, we work with your body to create capacity for the full range of human emotion. The goal isn’t to feel good all the time — it’s to feel more of life, with enough safety and support inside your system to hold it.
Using breathwork, somatic practices and gentle inquiry, we help your nervous system learn that it’s safe to feel — safe to slow down, safe to be impacted, safe to respond honestly rather than survive automatically.
Burnout and chronic fatigue aren’t signs of weakness. They’re signs that your system has been holding too much, for too long, without enough support.
My approach
This work is gentle yet powerful, rooted in science but guided by intuition, and always centered around your body’s readiness and capacity.
Our work together is collaborative, paced and guided by your nervous system.
Each session meets you where you are. We don’t aim to suppress emotions or push past limits. Instead, we gently widen your window of tolerance so your body can experience stress, sadness, joy, anger and rest without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down.
This may include:
Practices to support regulation, rest and recovery
Somatic tools to process emotion safely through the body
Learning to recognise and respond to early stress signals
Exploring patterns of over-responsibility, self-pressure or over-functioning
Building the capacity to feel deeply and stay grounded
We’re not here to get rid of stress — we’re here to change your relationship to it.
A note on healing and aliveness
This work isn’t about becoming endlessly calm or positive.
It’s about developing the capacity to hold all of your experience — the grief, the frustration, the tenderness, the joy — without your nervous system tipping into overwhelm or collapse.
When your system can hold more, you don’t just cope better.
You feel more alive.

1:1 coaching is offered online in a supportive, non-judgemental space. This is slow, relational work that honours your body’s pace and your lived experience.

A gentle note on pace
This work is not a quick fix — and that’s intentional.
Burnout and chronic fatigue develop over time, and recovery does too. We move slowly enough for your nervous system to actually integrate change, rather than adding another layer of pressure or expectation.
There is no rush here. No finish line to reach.
You are not behind.
And you don’t need to push to heal.
Prices
I hold 3 month containers as a minimum. Following the initial three-month period, clients may opt to extend their coaching on a month-to-month basis
