Your brain and body are constantly communicating. With somatic coaching, we access the felt experience — using body-based techniques to influence the brain’s patterns through the nervous system.
Breathwork That Changes Physiology
We use breath not just for relaxation, but to shift the body’s biochemistry. Shifting how you breathe day in day out, regulate oxygen-CO₂ balance, increase heart rate variability (HRV), calming the amygdala, and restore parasympathetic tone — all critical for stress recovery and emotional regulation.
Break Free from Survival Mode
If you’re living in a state of chronic stress, anxiety, or shutdown, your body may be stuck in a survival response (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn). We use somatic tracking, breath regulation, and movement to gently complete these stress cycles and rewire your baseline toward safety and resilience.
Nervous System Regulation Based on Polyvagal Theory
You’ll learn to work with your autonomic nervous system by recognizing signs of dysregulation — like shallow breathing, tension, or brain fog — and use bottom-up tools to shift into calm, connected states. This builds greater capacity to handle life’s intensity without shutting down or spinning out.

I hold 3 month containers as a minimum. Following the initial three-month period, clients may opt to extend their coaching on a month-to-month basis
