A 6-Week Online Journey Through Somatic Yin & Breathwork
This six-week container is designed to gently hold you as you reconnect with your body and inner landscape. Rooted in Chinese medicine and guided by the wisdom of the elements, we’ll explore embodied practices that bring you back into balance, through breath, movement, and connection to nature.
Each week, you’ll be supported with:
Live Somatic Yin Yoga classes that are slow, nurturing, and deeply supportive, inviting you to move at your own pace, guided by the wisdom of your body.
Recorded breathwork practices that down-regulate the nervous system, soften tension, and open the doorway to profound states of rest and relaxation.
Enquiry Tools, simple yet powerful reflections to help you deepen your practice and integrate your experiences.
Journal Prompts, gentle invitations to explore your inner landscape and discover new layers of self-awareness.
Discord Community, a supportive space to share, connect, and walk this journey alongside others.
Working with the nervous system doesn’t need to feel rigid or overwhelming. Through these gentle, embodied practices, you’ll learn to honour what the body carries, listen to its language, and meet it with curiosity, uncovering a sense of balance and ease you may not have thought possible.
At the heart of this journey is the remembrance that nature lives within us. Just as the seasons shift and elements flow, those same rhythms move through our bodies. Reconnecting with this inner nature offers grounding, belonging, and a true way home to yourself.
This is more than just a course, it’s a community. A space to be held, supported, and witnessed as we walk this path together. To honour the depth of this journey, the group will remain small, allowing us to truly hold one another each week with care and presence.

What’s Included.
*This community is not centred around chronic illness as its main focus. While the practices we share can naturally support nervous system regulation and deepen your connection to self, which may in turn ease the experience of chronic symptoms, the intention here is different. From my own journey with chronic fatigue, I found that focusing solely on symptoms didn’t nurture my recovery. That being said, I believe this 6-week container can be hugely beneficial for anyone experiencing chronic symptoms, offering gentle tools and support to reconnect with the body. Instead, this community offers a supportive, held space to be witnessed, to share, and to gently return to the body through movement, breath, and inner exploration. And because of this, the space is open to all who wish to connect more deeply with themselves within the safety of a supportive community.

This Course starts on Wednesday 16th October 2025 and runs for 6 weeks.
All live calls will take place on Wednesdays at 6:30pm BST, all calls will be recorded if you can’t make it live.
