An 8-week live online journey through Somatic Yin & Breathwork, rooted in Chinese medicine and guided by the wisdom of the five elements. This is a gentle, supportive space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body through breath, movement and embodied practice. Together, we move beyond simply managing the nervous system and begin living from a place of deeper regulation, self-trust and authenticity.

This is a truly transformative 8 weeks. And I don’t mean just 8 weeks of yoga practices.

This is 8 weeks of working with your body, somatically, so you can begin to embody your truest self. It’s a space to slow down enough to actually hear the quiet whispers of wisdom within you. To create room for the full spectrum of who you are.

And you won’t be doing that alone. There is something deeply regulating about being seen and witnessed in community, about realising you’re not the only one who feels this way. When we are supported in a safe space, where our experiences are met with understanding rather than fixing, the nervous system softens. We remember we belong.

When we soften into full acceptance of ourselves, something shifts. The nervous system can finally exhale. It regulates not because we’ve forced it to, but because we’re no longer at war within. And from that place, confidence feels natural. Walking through life as your most authentic expression becomes less of a fight and more of a remembering.

We’ll be weaving in the wisdom of Chinese medicine, moving through the five elements in our practices, water, wood, fire, earth and metal. This ancient lens invites us away from rigid ideas of how things should look, and back into trusting how the body wants to move, feel and express in each moment.

This is a full-bodied exploration. Not another list of tools to manage yourself. Not another thing to “do” to regulate. It’s about true embodiment, allowing all of you.

As we move into spring and the buds begin to form, new life quietly emerges. Maybe there are parts of you ready to bloom too.

Who is this journey for?

This journey is for anyone craving rest, ease, and a real pause from the constant “doing” of life, and even the constant “doing” of healing. Maybe you’re feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or quietly disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve tried all the nervous system tools and nothing quite seems to land. You’ve read the books, taken the courses, done the work… you have the knowledge, but it hasn’t fully dropped into your body. You’re craving embodiment, not more information.

It’s for those who’ve already done some inner work. You know how to resource yourself. You have tools. But you’re ready for the next layer now: less analysing, more embodying. Less fixing, more allowing. You’re ready to step more fully into your authentic self, learning to be with the grief, the discomfort, the tenderness… and also the power, the confidence, the joy.

This space is for people who are tired of holding everything alone. Who long to be seen and witnessed in a small, intimate community, without needing to perform or prove. Who understand that healing deepens when we’re supported, and when our nervous systems can soften in the presence of others walking a similar path.

While this journey isn’t specifically focused on chronic illness, the practices are deeply supportive for nervous system regulation and may help ease symptoms connected to stress and burnout. Ultimately, this space is for anyone who feels the call to slow down, reconnect with their body, and be gently supported as they move inward - and forward - in their own way.

This Course starts on Monday 6th April and runs for 8 weeks.

All live calls will take place on Mondays at 6:30pm BST, all calls will be recorded if you can’t make it live.
