Join us for a 45-minute community breath and somatic classes throughout July designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and regulate your nervous system. Each session includes gentle somatic meditations and down-regulating breathwork practices to support calm, clarity, and connection.
Suitable for all levels—whether you're completely new or have some experience, you’re welcome here. This is a beautiful way to co-regulate with others and feel a sense of belonging while tuning into your own inner landscape.
All classes are recorded, with access to the replay available for one week—so you can revisit the practice in your own time.
